Delete Your Account
Follow these steps to permanently delete your Pianora account and all associated data.

Open the Pianora app
Launch Pianora on your device and make sure you are signed in.

Go to Profile
Tap the "More" tab in the bottom navigation, then tap your profile at the top of the screen.

Tap "Delete Account"
Scroll down in the Profile screen and tap the "Delete Account" button.

Enter your password
For security, you will be asked to enter your password to confirm the deletion. If you signed in with Google, you will be asked to re-authenticate.

Confirm deletion
Tap the confirmation button. Your account and all associated data will be scheduled for permanent deletion.
Important Information
- All your data, including practice history, progress, scores, and account information, will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
- This action cannot be undone. You will not be able to recover your account or data after deletion.
- If you have an active subscription, please cancel it before deleting your account to avoid future charges.
- If you are unable to delete your account through the app, contact us at support@pianora.org and we will process your request manually.
