What devices does Pianora support?

Pianora is available on iOS, Android, and Desktop (Windows, macOS, Linux). Your progress syncs across all devices when you sign in with the same account.

Do I need a MIDI keyboard to use Pianora?

No. While a MIDI keyboard provides the most accurate input, you can also use your device's microphone to detect notes from an acoustic or digital piano. The microphone mode works best in a quiet environment.

How do I connect my MIDI keyboard?

Connect your MIDI keyboard to your device via USB or Bluetooth. Pianora will automatically detect it. On mobile devices, you may need a USB adapter (Lightning to USB or USB-C OTG).

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, manage your subscription through the respective store's settings. Your Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account directly in the app. Go to More > Profile > Delete Account. All your data will be permanently removed within 30 days. See account deletion instructions.

I found a bug. How do I report it?

We appreciate bug reports. Please email us at support@pianora.org with a description of the issue, the device you're using, and screenshots if possible. You can also shake your device while using the app to open the feedback form (powered by Sentry).
