1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Pianora ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of Pianora, you must create an account. You may register using your email address or through Google Sign-In.

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.

3. Subscription and Payments

Pianora offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Details of each tier are described in the App and on our website.

• Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through the platform's payment system (App Store, Google Play) or Stripe.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled according to the policies of the respective platform (Apple, Google) or Stripe.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price changes affect their subscription.

4. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to courses, sheet music arrangements, audio samples, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Pianora or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content in the App without prior written permission.
• The "Pianora" name, logo, and branding are trademarks of Pianora. You may not use them without written authorization.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to the App (such as practice recordings or profile information). By using the App, you grant Pianora a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

You agree not to:

• Upload content that infringes on any third-party rights.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure or other users' experience.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to other users or the service.

You may delete your account at any time through the App (More > Profile > Delete Account). Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pianora and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to Pianora in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brazil.
